OTTOMAN ships internationally to eligible destinations.

If an international customer refuses delivery or fails to pay required customs charges and the package is returned to OTTOMAN, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, customs-related charges, and other costs incurred by OTTOMAN. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the order.
9. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
For shipments within the United States, risk of loss or damage generally passes to the customer upon delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If a package is shown by the carrier as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and any available carrier delivery information.
Customers may contact the carrier to initiate an investigation or claim where appropriate.
OTTOMAN will reasonably assist customers with carrier-related issues but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

After reviewing the situation, OTTOMAN may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
11. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Unless otherwise stated in that policy or required by applicable law, returned merchandise must generally be:

- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
